United Methodist Social Principles: The Economic Community

The Micah Workers are hosting an exploration of The United Methodist Church Social Principles, which stand in the Wesleyan tradition of forthright moral witness and ethical action. The Social Principles invite us to “love God with our whole heart, mind, soul and strength and love and desire for our neighbors what we desire for ourselves.” (Matthew 22:37-40, Mark 12:30-31).

An introductory session was held on Sunday, September 13, but even if you did not attend the first session, you are welcome to join any of the scheduled sessions or pop-up theology gatherings throughout the next year.

The next scheduled session will be held 5:00 - 6:30 PM Sunday, October 4, and will focus on the theme of The Economic Community.
