A Place to Belong.
Looking for a place to belong in this season of life?
Young adults gather weekly to share a meal,
ask real questions, and build true friendships.
Some are in college.
Some are working full time.
Some are figuring out their next steps.
You do not have to fit a certain path to fit in here.
You just have to show up.
The Open Table meets Tuesdays at 8pm on the 2nd floor of the Student Ministry area at FUMC Georgetown
What Happens on Tuesday Nights:
8:00 Dinner
8:30 Activity or discussion
9:00 Small groups
9:45 Hang out and games
Our Mission
The Open Table creates a welcoming space where young adults grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and learn to follow Jesus in everyday life.
We connect Scripture to real life so your faith grows alongside your future, whether you are on a campus or in the workplace.
You will find honest conversation about anxiety, calling, relationships, work, leadership, and purpose. You will find people who remember your name and care how your week actually went.
This is a community that checks in during hard weeks, celebrates new jobs and internships,
and walks with you through change and transition.

Why it Matters
Young adulthood is one of the most formative seasons of life.
Decisions about faith, career, relationships, and identity take shape during these years.
We average 30 young adults each week, providing a meal, fellowship, and the opportunity to grow in your faith.
If you are 18 to 25 and looking for connection,
purpose, and a place to grow, join us.
How to Get Involved
Join us Tuesdays at 8:00 PM at FUMC Georgetown, 2nd Floor.

Support The Open Table College-Age Ministry
What happens at The Open Table is simple, consistent, and meaningful. Each week, young adults are fed, welcomed, and supported during a critical season of life.
We are actively raising funds to renovate a vacant house on our church campus into a dedicated home for this ministry. This space will serve as a place for gathering, studying, mentoring, and building community.
