Honey Habingreither

Honey was born and raised in Lufkin - situated deep in the Piney Woods of East Texas. After graduating from Lufkin High School, Honey attended The University of Texas at Austin. Following a brief 1.5 years in Dallas, Honey returned to Central Texas to marry her college sweetheart, Jason, and has remained in the greater Austin area since 2001.

Honey and her family have been members of FUMC Georgetown since 2018. Prior to joining the FUMC staff in May 2023, she has enjoyed serving as Treasurer for PTAs throughout Georgetown ISD and booster clubs at Georgetown High School as well as volunteering with student ministries at FUMC Georgetown. Honey also serves as a member of the Micah Workers for Racial Justice at FUMC Georgetown. She is excited to join the staff and will primarily assist Children and Student Ministries.
