Lisa Blake

Lisa has been serving as FUMC's graphic designer since Spring 2011. Lisa's background is in architecture, and she has worked in building design for clients such as Randall's/Tom Thumb supermarkets, Whole Foods Market, and other commercial developers. Lisa then transitioned to graphic design for these clients, creating interior signage and wayfinding packages. In 2004, the diverse and ever-changing life of freelance design called, allowing her to expand her clientele to design graphics for law firms, resorts, financial institutions, and special events. She is grateful for the opportunity to also serve her church with her skills in design.

Lisa lives in Georgetown with her husband and two children, and enjoys mid-century modern art, Craftsman-style architecture, music, hiking, kayaking, and travel.
