Gossiping
About Jesus: How to
Share Your Faith without Being Offensive
Pastor Steve will lead the study at 6:30 p.m. on
Final session
Wednesdays, February 8.
In our membership vows, we pledge to be faithful to The United
Methodist Church and to First Church through our witness.
Yet many of us struggle to offer a verbal witness.
We feel inadequate.
We are intimidated by the thought of talking about our faith.
We are turned off by other groups’ methods of witnessing.
We excuse our failure to talk about our faith by telling
ourselves that “I witness with my life.”
Witness involves both one’s
life and one’s voice.
One without the other is inadequate.
Gossiping About Jesus is a 3 session introductory workshop
for those who want to learn to talk about their faith in a natural,
non-offensive way.
