Join a Shepherd's Team
The Children’s Ministry Team is looking for adults who are willing to join a Shepherd Team for a class and fill a very significant role in the children’s Rotation Sunday School program. Class times are at 9:45 am or 11:00 am on Sunday mornings.
The Shepherd’s role is to build relationships with the children in the class to which you are assigned and to nurture each child so she or he will experience the love of Christ through you. As a Shepherd you will travel with the class each week to its rotation station, providing continuity. The Shepherd is not responsible for teaching; but it is the Shepherd who knows the children by name! Having teams will provide continuity for the children as well as flexibility for Shepherds when they must be away for a Sunday.
